About
Carly Elizabeth was born in Greenville, South Carolina. Growing up, she observed the illustrations that novels painted for her, and fell in love with all art forms and the varied relationships between them. By the age of thirteen, she already thought of sharing her struggles with the world: growing up as a woman, learning how to find herself, figuring out where she stands socially in a media driven world, and learning how to shut negativity out of her life. After finding a love for poetry she completed her first book “Deleterious Weeds and Dandelion Seeds” as a sophmore in highschool. Being a young author never stops her from enjoying the little things. Whether she’s exploring the world with close friends and family, hanging out at home with her two dogs, writing new songs, or pursuing her education, she always finds things that inspire her in her craft.
